We had a great time. Beverly was very accommodating. The rustic appeal was just what we were looking for with our grandchildren.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's very clean, cozy, and decorated very nicely. It's close to everything but seems miles away from town, it just sits in the woods by itself. Sorry I missed Beverly when she stopped by, I wanted to compliment her myself!!

Once again, Beverly at the Dog Trot made our stay a pleasure. It is my absolute favorite place to stay in the mountains. The cabin has everything we need with a few extras! It feels like home. Thanks so much for your exceptional hospitality!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Dog Trot Inn. Hoping to be able to stay here again this fall. We fell in love with the town of Mountain View. Can't wait to return.

In late September, a group of 10 of us stayed at the Dog Trot Inn. It was everything we were told it would be and more. Everything we needed was there for us. We were all together, yet had plenty of space and privacy when we wanted it. The area is great and if you like music, there's plenty of that around. I was with a group of musicians and we had a blast at the White River Hoe Down. Those people know how to put on a show. They will entertain you with their music and they have one othe funniest shows I've seen in a long time. Then playing and singing on the town square was a hoot. It's an experience I won' t forget. My father forgot his cane, that had belonged to my grandmother who passsed away in 2006. I emailed Beverly and she promptly called me to tell me she had it, and then mailed it to me. That was a kindness we didn't expect. Thank you Beverly! I hope we can visit again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Dog Trot Inn. We had plenty of room for the extended family and it was a great place to stay while attending our son's wedding. The front porch was especially great for early morning coffee and to watch the deer cross the road. When a small issue arose, Beverly handled it with great speed. I recommend this cabin to others.

The Dog Trot Inn was a marvelous find for our family. We had both sides for our family and it gave us the opportunity to enjoy each other's company with home cooked meals and we could sit on the porch to enjoy the breeze. The exquisite attention to detail in the decor and a beautiful kitchen made it so very cozy. We will be back to the f Dog Trot. It is our go-to destination when we come to Mountain View. Thank you so much for your hospitality !

WOW! The Dogtrot inn was an incredible place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. MANY Comfy beds, two kitchens, sitting areas, and a fabulous front porch to sip your coffee or your late night cocktail. Also, the Dogtrot is close to town, Ozark Folk Center, and many other attractions. So, it was very easy to keep the children entertained. Next time we are going to try the new ropes course!

What a "GREAT" place to stay. We loved it. There is everything you need from dishes to blankets. You seem as you are way off in the woods but yet you are just 1 mile or so from town. There is plenty of room and privacy also. We will for sure be back to stay again. Thanks Beverly for a great place to have a great weekend.

We had a great time at the Dogtrot Inn and in Mountain View. Plenty to do. It is a great place for motorcycle riding and the Dogtrot Inn is motorcycle friendly! Thanks for everything, Beverly.

Spectacular!!! Dog Trot is truly one of these best places we have ever stayed. It can accommodate a family of 4 or a party of 10. It had everything we needed - just like home. It's was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. We loved the warm feeling it gave us and especially enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the attic fan. In the morning, we relaxed on the porch with a cup of coffee and watched the kids explore the woods. On top of all, it was walking distance to Ozark Folk Center.... a fantastic family retreat!! Thanks Beverly and Barry, we will be back.

Dogtrot Inn is the perfect place for relaxation and time with friends (or family) PLUS all the amenities of home!! It's close enough for a quick trip into town while still giving you the feeling of a secluded get-away. And while you're in town, don't miss Main Street Cafe. The chocolate pie is to die for!! Looking forward to our next visit to Dogtrot.

We had a great time staying at your cabin! It was just wonderful! We're hoping to come back again very soon. You and your husband were so nice answering all our questions.

This is absolutely our favorite place to stay in Arkansas, period. It is convenient to everything in Mountain View: the Folk Center, the shows, the downtown shopping. Not to mention hiking in the National Forest, trout fishing on the White River or at Mirror Lake, and beautiful Blanchard Springs Caverns. It's an easy day trip to just about any destination in Arkansas, and the Dogtrot Inn is just the perfect base. Beverly has thought of EVERYTHING, and there is nothing better than coming "home" after a long day and being able to relax and unwind in this wonderful cabin. My husband and I plan to make this our home base for many, many more future trips to Arkansas!

Planned a weekend retreat with college friends and this place is fabulous. There were eight of us, so we rented the both sides. Plenty of comfy beds, great kitchens (fully furnished), the restrooms are very clean and the linens are plush! One of the best features of the Dogtrot for a big group is the front porch. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and your entire party can relax and catch up with one another. You can't beat the Dogtrot for a great place for a group that wants to catch up with one another. The only sad part was leaving, both friends and a great place to stay!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

What a great place!!! Cabins have such rustic beauty, are very well appointed from bedrooms, kitchens, to bathrooms. Beautiful view out the back and so handy to town, good food and the Folk Center. I will be back!!!!

Staying at the Dogtrot Inn was a fantastic experience. Our family (6 adults and 4 children) rented the cabin for two nights during spring break. The design was very accomodating for a large group, and everyone had a great time. The cabins have every amenity you could need, and the spacious areas accomodated everyone's entertainment choices (playing cards and games, listening to music, watching TV, or just relaxing). The cabins are located in a very restful setting, while still being close to restaurants and local attractions. We also cooked a few meals there since the kitchen area is fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking space you need. A great place to relax with the family. We will definitely be staying at the cabin again. Thanks Barry and Beverly for a wonderful experience! The Brackin and Ragen families

The quintessential dogtrot cabin as a guest accommodation - who doesn't want to experience that!
